Is it for serious cyclists?

We have different trainings that suit different people at different levels. You can get lean with our AllRound, or hammer it at HIIT sessions. All levels fit.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]

Are classes woman-friendly?

Yes, all trainings are based on individual heart and power zones, therefore suitable for all people. Two riders with different fitness levels will be training in the same zone, thus equally hard.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

Is it only for cyclists?

What do I have to take with me?
